Grigson and Ballard

We can blame Grigson and Ballard all we want, and they do deserve some blame. But ultimately who put them in charge, and let them stay in charge long after they should’ve been removed? The owners. That’s unfortunately the core problem with the franchise. We got a gift in Peyton Manning and only won one Super Bowl with him. We got another gift in Andrew Luck and this franchise caused him to quit football. Two generational QBs over a two decade span with only one Super Bowl to show for it is pathetic. And that indicates a problem deeper than the HC or GM.

Chris Ballard, Ryan Grigson, The Irsay family, multiple inept coaches

If I remember correctly, your owner threw him away then beat his replacement until he quit.

“Offensive gurus” are trying to reinvent the wheel. Pittman has made numerous spectacular plays against SF, Baltimore, Tennessee etc. and I can’t recall us ever throwing him a goal line fade. Offensive overthinking I a huge culprit.

Ownership gave up on Peyton Manning.

Andrew luck retired

…and if this shit hole (Twitter…I refuse to call it the other name) existed when Manning was a rookie, everyone would’ve cried that he was a bust 🤦♂️

The urgency got even higher!! That’s what happened

Ownership. Throw manning aside and brought in the quitter.

We don't have a franchise quarterback and lost Polian.

Osama Bin Ballard happened

Chris Ballard happened

You let Ballard steal money Hired bone head coaches Did not draft or trade well at all in the last 6 years Stayed with same cores that was going 9-8 or missing the playoffs because “we like our guys” Had 8 different week 1 QBs for 8 years basically And wasted money and time

We don’t have the receivers anymore lol. And Peyton

Standards died with Luck.

Jim hated the lack of playoff success that came from this era, and instead of seeing this as a an all time great team foiled by all time great rivals, he saw their regular season successes as overhyped. “Just get in, then we see how it all rides” probably fit his thinking very well over the last decade or so. While completely ignoring that the Colts, somehow, never quite Got In.

The players and coaches put in the work back then.

Them were the good old days 😌

My childhood…dead long ago!

Man these were the days!!! The Day Peyton was gone was the day that magic disappeared and I don’t see it coming back anytime in the foreseeable future

Awful awful leadership.

This hurts more today.

Exactly

Once in a generation QB. Had an offensive genius in Tom Moore that developed Manning

Drugs and women.

CHRIS BALLARD

We were spoiled with generationally great teams then weened down to still really good w/ Luck. Then came the long slow decline of the Ballard era…

Grigson happened…. Let’s just keep getting worst so we can secure 1st overall pick & get Arch 🤷🏻♂️

It's 4 Dawgs on the team JT Big Q Downs Gardner Unfortunately we got no Dawgs where it truly matters
