We had an incredible experience hosting the E1 Lagos GP this weekend. Watching the world’s first electric powerboat race take place right here on our waters was a proud moment for our city. Congratulations to Team Brazil for taking the top spot. Their energy and determination truly lit up... our waterways. The E1 Lagos GP was about innovation, sustainability, and showing what’s possible when Lagos embraces new ideas and global partnerships. To everyone who came out, cheered, and made it a memorable event, thank you. Lagos continues to prove that we’re ready for the future. #E1LagosGPshow more

Nice.. Lagos has set the pace. Congratulations to the winners and God bless Lagos state

Baba...Lagos no get sewage treatment plant. Lagos no get pipe borne water... Lagos no get ring road.. Lagos no get VIABLE ambulance system. Why not focus on basics first?

Lagos leads ooooo

People see this and don’t know that a lot has been put in place to merit the hosting: - first class hospitals within 5 miles radius, - quality food and music, - investments on water transport and logistics over the years etc. Not all states can boast of what Lagos offers.

Congratulations 🎊, Your Excellency, for a successful event. You continue to create new frontiers with your visionary leadership. I enjoin you to increase the greenery of Lagos like Singapore by planting trees along the roads of our metropolis, especially on the mainland.

Èkó o ní bàjé. Ọmọ Ibo o ní bà Eko jẹ. Àgbájọ ọwọ là nfi ṣọ àyà. A o gbọdọ fún ọmọ Ibo láyé láti bá Eko jẹ.

Ride on Mr. Governor. You are honestly doing so well to put lagos on a global stage.

Welldone for usually propagating the potentials of Lagos State to the world. I love the Infusion of culture to- it added more colour and pageantry to the events.

O yes, it's Lagos.... complete with hunger and all the daily hassles and stressful existence as in every other location in the country.

Once you see anyone trying to undermine the effort of Lagos state or discount the enormous investment into boosting tourism or start commenting about the water, just know that they are jealous and jealousy is the root of hatred. If you are one of them, just know you are jealous.

Huge success of the event for you, Gov @jidesanwoolu & your team. Eko o ni baje oo

Lagos sets the pace, Lagos innovates, Lagos Leads. Kudos to Governor Sanwo-Olu.

What an outstanding milestone for Lagos and a remarkable showcase of innovation, sustainability, and global collaboration Hosting the world’s first electric powerboat race not only highlights Lagos’s growing prominence on the international stage but also reinforces the commitment to cleaner, smarter technologies Congratulations to Team Brazil for their inspiring victory and Lagos for hosting. ⚡🌊 #E1LagosGP

My Kudos to everyone involved!! 👋👋👋👋 Looking forward to another #E1LagosGP in 2026

Despite the humongous IGR and allocation from FGN, it’s still impossible for your administration to fix roads in Festac, Amuwo Odofin & environs. Not many of us have speed boats, we are marooned in the roads. Please use our tax money to fix the roads!

We thank God for keeping things running smoothly, No accidents, No casualties, No robbery. It can only get better , the next Edition shall be better than this. Eko onibaje.

Mr Sellable gan gan! Na make we host World cup final remain like this. Thank God there is no room for IPOB and Bandits here. Lagos, Centre of excellence and doings!

Telling your own story is the way to go. No one can tell it better than you. Does who think we leave in Jungles can see for themselves and now help tell the world that Nigeria is safer than the are told on the main stream media and we a beautiful people with people souls. Eko ile
