We ran the ball pretty good yesterday but there was more hay to be had. Gainwell has been a godsend for this team and offense. All he does is produce, but he missed one here on the first run play of the game. This is an example of how an OL can block something up as intended, and it still not get the yardage it should, due to timing and patience. It got better as the game went on. Importance of sticking with the run…especially in December/January. #HereWeGo

All the credit, none of the blame (edit) JR Smith talks about how "The Block" was actually a 2-man play that he and LeBron practiced repeatedly. The block on Iggy was only possible because JR played the 2 on 1 break perfectly and made Iggy change his shot. Yet til this day, he gets no credit for his role in the play - all of that goes to LeBron. But he gets the whole blame for game 1 of the 2018 Finals while LeBron gets no blame for a) not knowing they had a timeout despite the team discussing it during the previous timeout and b) for quitting on his team in a tied game. All credit - no blame has been the LeBron mantra for 23 years and counting.. True greatness NEVER needs an excuse but this wannabe goat has used excuses for more than 2 decades of repeated failure. Disqualified.

Whether it was dumb luck or premeditated, I don’t care because Judge Cannone landed on the right person to be the Foreman of the jury. I’m already seeing people online completely misconstruing what the foreperson says in this clip wherein he states that he “looked at her day 1, as an innocent woman, that needed to be proven guilty”. That is NOT a predisposed bias towards innocence. That does not mean he came in as ringer for the defense. THAT IS the Presumption of Innocence. That’s how this thing works, and the foreperson has restored even more faith that the system can and does work. Well done Sir!

With growing concern over player health and fixture congestion, why prioritize a commercial event over actual league competition? Messi skipping the All-Star Game to manage his fitness shouldn't lead to suspension — it punishes a player trying to perform at his best for the league. Suspending players for missing All-Star sends the message that marketing is more important than the competition itself. This damages MLS’s credibility as a serious league and discourages other stars considering a move — the opposite of what the “Messi effect” started. We are not participating in this war; we said that from day one. That remains the case for us. As long as the war continues, we will not participate in it with military means to ensure free navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
