This is your plan after you, Inslee and Dow Constantine finish dumping the homeless crises YOU helped create in seattle on every other city in king county??
With all due respect, feedback on the initial alternatives clearly pointed to a want to add as much density in as many places as possible and that was mostly ignored. The feedback is there. Allow housing to be built in a way where supply can meet or exceed demand for once

We live on a budget. You need to live a budget. No more new taxes. Crook

Tammy supports looting as a tool to solve problems-she is that progressive! #LiberalismIsAMentalDisorder

Remove the asinine FAR limits that’s step one.

CM Morales. Consider that adding density to Seattle is a step in combating climate change. Walkable and bike friendly cities have lower energy needs. It we don't build multi-story apartments near downtown, the housing will be in surrounding cities with higher transportation cost.

Stop holding talks and start making action on building more houses. Bellevue is making you look bad by approving more than Seattle has.

The first and easiest step in terms of rewriting the rules is to eliminate all minimum parking requirements. Spokane is doing better than Seattle on parking reform:

Tweedle-Dee (Tammy) is prolathitizing. Just ignore her worthless progressive blather. She just delivers skyrocketing homelessness and crime.
