This looks like the dozens of houses I passed on while home shopping in Arizona when I was looking for a home and made me realize I had to buy new construction over existing homes. It's extremely outdated. Yes it is very large, but that is about it.

It's big, for sure, but I think I'd actually rather just have a room at the Palazzo instead. It seems like there's a lot of wasted space and uncomfortable furniture there. Some very odd/strange interior design choices as well.
