I look at this as a very important signal to move policy away from just litigation to actually some rules and guidelines. There is a bill called the Genius Act. It used to be called the Stable coin Act. They've merged those together. That's Gillibrand with Hagerty and has bipartisan support. When Trump talks about legislation, the first pillar is going to be the Stable coin Act. I anticipate he will sign it within the next couple of months. It’s not about Bitcoin, it’s about digital payment systems. So that if you had a wallet, like on Robinhood or WonderFi or Coinbase, you could just wire money to people for a fraction of the cost you pay for a bank right now which would be great. The other legislation they'll be discussing today, which is also important, is the market infrastructure. In other words, is Ethereum a commodity or is it a security? Let's finally make a decision on these tokens and move forward with policy.

The Senate KNOWS its bill cannot pass the House as written, so now they are trying to get House leadership to change the rules and are now trying to attach it to reconciliation, which is WILD because there is literally not a world that exists where that happens. 25 members including myself have agreed we will NOT vote on ANYTHING they send us until VOTER ID IS PASSED. Bring us a no-nonsense plan to finish the SAVE America Act, or do not expect the floor to reopen anytime soon.

Update on the $5 million dollars slavery reparation payments passed by San Francisco Democrats A California Spokesperson has already come forward with an announcement saying they don’t have the money to pay it Democrats passed this knowing they wouldn’t pay it “So a city that is currently rocking a $1 billion deficit, who also, by the way, never had slaves, just passed a reparations bill that authorizes payments of $5 million per black resident. The funny thing is, within four hours of passing this bill, a government spokesperson came out and was like, we don't have that money. Like they straight out said, I know we passed the bill. But we can't afford that. So they passed a bill to provide reparations to slaves, something their city and their state has never had, knowing full well they can't pay that. — San Francisco has about 45,000 black people living there. That would be $225 billion. That is almost the entire GDP of the city being paid from people who never owned slaves, whose ancestors very likely never owned slaves, to people who were never slaves and who the vast majority's ancestors were never slaves. That's insane.”
