We, in India , should also get this money back !

We are entitled to about $45 Trillion from UK. One day I wish we will have a ruler who makes the UK pay taxes = 15% of their GDP to get back the wealth looted. It will still take 100 years.

Well, this is not the first Apple/company lawsuit we are deprived of. I’ve not seen any class action lawsuits being pursued in India ever. As citizens we’ve short-term memory don’t care for our rights. Even if we win, there is no infra to support the release of payments 💡

I think the US settlement/refund applies to eligible US customers, Apple did not automatically extend that refund to customers in India. Indian customers would need to rely on Indian consumer-protection law and Apple’s India specific claims/advertising to pursue a remedy.

Why don’t you file a class-action suit ?

Such reclamation has become serious business in the US and the market for such platforms is exploding. About time someone created something similar in India.
