I’ve been obsessed with forearm training ever since I was a kid playing baseball. One moment that really stuck with me was seeing Mark McGwire play in person and being absolutely blown away by the size of his forearms. That left a lasting impression on me. Strong forearms and a powerful grip aren’t just about looking impressive. They carry over into nearly everything we do, helping us lift heavier, control weights better, improve pulling strength, enhance athletic performance, and make everyday tasks easier. A stronger grip is a foundation for strength throughout the body. Personally, I like using the Captain of Crush hand grippers one to two times per week, varying my sets and reps depending on how I’m feeling and what I’m training. There are moments in life that quietly remind you why you kept going even on the longest days, the hardest assignments, the exhausting deadlines and the seasons where all you could do was trust the process and keep showing up. Winning the Tri-Annual Award for the First Quarter of 2026 while maintaining the momentum from 2025 is one of those deeply humbling moments for me. The last 18 months at Next Media have honestly felt like a dream unfolding in real time. A marathon that has stretched me, refined me, challenged me and excited me all at once. From reporting in the field to anchoring, from current affairs to editorial responsibilities, every opportunity has demanded more of me and in many ways helped me discover more of myself. I have always believed that the things we give our time to deserve intention. And work, for me, has never just been work. It has been purpose, discipline, sacrifice, curiosity and relentless commitment to becoming better every single day. Learning. Sharpening. Applying. Repeating. Showing up early. Staying late. Executing with consistency. Sometimes obsessively. But always wholeheartedly. To be recognized four times consecutively across different categories and capacities is something I do not take lightly. It is emotional because beyond the awards, it represents growth, trust, resilience and the quiet unseen work that happens long before the cameras switch on. First time doing the Swiss bar bench press in many years. Starting on the lighter side and will be gradually adding more weight over the coming weeks and months. Rebuilding my shoulder and getting it as functional as possible has been one of the greatest challenges I’ve ever faced, but I’ve never stopped. It’s been 10 years, and I continue to get better, stronger, and more capable. I have no regrets. I’ve avoided a shoulder replacement, I’ve avoided surgeries, and most importantly, I’ve refused to give up on myself. To anyone out there who has given up on themselves, I genuinely hope you find the strength to pick yourself back up and keep going. Progress doesn’t always happen quickly, but it does happen for those who refuse to quit. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Today we had a one day workshop conducted by Firstock We had a wonderful session with 150+ traders joining us. The response was truly overwhelming. The event was originally planned for around 100 participants with invitation, but seeing the interest, we had to increase the seating capacity at the last moment. Thank you all for showing up and making the session so lively. I hope I was able to add some value to your trading journey. Grateful for the enthusiasm and engagement from everyone who attended. We’ll be planning similar sessions in more cities soon, and I look forward to meeting many more of you there.
