This will stress people out. Way too much overkill. Unnecessary chumras. Hagalah on sink and counters and youre done. You don't eat on the backsplash. Do whatever you want but people will watch this and don't know the difference between necessary and what makes people feel good.

You may also apply some biocides to the surfaces of your sink and the rest of kitchen furniture. It is not as dangerous as that bottle with fire in your hand.
