In August, we demolished dangerous buildings in Pretoria West that were built by a foreign national named ‘Asaba’. Today, in Sunnyside, we discovered another building owned by the same man that has questionable construction. An additional floor has been built on top of this building and it doesn’t appear safe. Our building control were on site to investigate. City of Tshwane
