A personal apology from me and all of the team here at One New Zealand to the customers that were impacted today by our network outage in some parts of the lower North Island and South Island today. Everything has now been fixed by our teams who have been working hard since the early hours of this morning. It was caused by a bug in one of our technology partner’s software that took them and us and while to fix. We know the important role that we play in your lives and businesses, so any outage isn’t good enough - and we are working hard to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.
