In our $KGN earnings call today, it sounded like it's David Shafer and I presenting but it wasn't. Our voices were AI generated and read the script. We uploaded several hours of our prior talks to train our voice model and the results were pretty incredible. This saved us a few hours preparation - valuable time we could spend working on other areas of the business. This is an example of the many one percenters across our business where AI is making us more efficient and helping the team be more productive. Our marketing team uses it to improve our content and make it more enaging. Our Engineering team uses it to get more context of our entire code base quicker and produce production ready code more rapidly. Our purchasing teams are using it for data and trend analysis to bring the latest products to our customers at even better prices. The list goes on. While the productivity gains are exciting, what's even more exciting is the pace at which things are changing and the technology is getting better!

We need about 1,000 interceptors a day, and we can supply at least another 1,000 a day to our allies. Second, we know how to build radar and acoustic coverage to respond to how “shaheds” and other drones approach. Third, we have software that allows radars to keep working even under electronic warfare jamming. In real time, we analyze enemy frequencies and respond to them. And because of this system, we understand how effective our defense is against almost every attack drone, and we can move our positions and air defense to get better results. This iPad gives full control of the situation because we have a system for using our defense tools. If a “shahed” needs to be stopped in the Emirates – we can do it. If it needs to be stopped in Europe or the United Kingdom – we can do it. It is a matter of technology, investment, and cooperation. When I was a business owner, I’ve saw firsthand how important it is that our defense export and licensing systems keep pace with real-world needs, both for our partners abroad and for the American industry that supports them. I raised questions about ways we can continue improving the DDTC process so that it is as efficient, transparent, and responsive as possible. In some cases, timelines can be lengthy or outcomes unclear, and I believe there’s a shared interest across the board, including with today’s Administration witness, in finding smart, practical ways to streamline and strengthen the system. At the end of the day, this is about making sure our allies can get what they need in a timely manner, our defense industrial base can operate effectively, and our national security objectives are fully supported.
