My agent is now paying for its own data. No API key. No account. No credit card. Check the video I recorded. This uses the x402 open protocol built by Coinbase, along with a simple skill. This is an open protocol governed by the Linux Foundation. To complete a goal, an agent can now search for an actor on the Apify Store, pay for it, and use it without any human intervention. The way it works is pretty simple: 1. Your agent finds an Actor it wants to use 2. It sends a request 3. The Actor sends back an HTTP 402 "Payment Required" response 4. Agent authorizes payment from a wallet in USDC on Base 5. The Actor runs 6. User receives the result The model is pay-as-you-go: the agent authorizes a spending ceiling, pays only for usage, and the remaining balance is automatically settled. This brings an entire marketplace of AI tools into the agentic economy. Here is the skill you need. Hyperagent is great if you want agents without having to deal with configuration, servers, or any complexity whatsoever. You don't need a Mac Mini or a server. Every agent runs in the cloud, in its own isolated and secure environment. You get: 1. The ability to learn any new API as a skill 2. Browser support 3. Code execution 4. Image and video generation 5. Integration with hundreds of tools Despite the simplicity, I think their best differentiator is the ability for these agents to learn new skills. Basically, you can teach an agent how your company does marketing, and it will never forget your rules and processes. Obviously, it also lets you deploy your agents to Slack with a single click, so everyone can use them. You don't even need to mention them since they will pay attention to chats and act when necessary. I built a simple agent that allows me to translate any message into French. I installed it on Slack, and every time I ping it, it gives me translations. Took me 10 minutes tops.

I asked my clawdbot to send a letter to me in the mail… and it actually did it. I gave it a crypto wallet and some USDC to make purchases with, and clawdbot went and read the agent documentation on postalform. It figured out how to draft an order with a PDF of the letter it wrote to me – then it used Stripe’s Purl cli and paid for the order using Stripe's new Machine Payments protocol. This is a huge step forward for real-world agentic task completion and commerce

last week i spent 45 minutes funding my agents. x402 needs a Base wallet Machine Payments Protocol needs a Tempo wallet lobster cash (Crossmint) needs a solana wallet but none of these frameworks help you get money there. they assume you'll just figure it out. so i built Kibble. a skill that teaches your agent how to ask for funds. it sends you a payment link, you pick whatever token you have, and LI.FI routes it to the agent's wallet. feed your agent with any token, on any chain.
