My solution for planetary peace is to recognize that our planet is one out of billions of Earth-Sun analogs in the Milky Way galaxy alone. We should operate with a bigger perspective of cosmic modesty. One major reason for all the wars and the problems we face is the arrogance of humans to believe that it really matters if we conquer a piece of land. If there was an alien visit by a technological probe, it will wake us up — and we would realize that we could actually become an interstellar species, not limited to the place we were born on.

One of the biggest mistakes managers make is one I've made many times myself. We see one of our people doing something wrong, and we don't call it out. It's uncomfortable, so we wimp out and tell others close to us instead. The pressure builds, and eventually we lose it on them, ding them in a review out of left field, or let them go. All of it feels unfair, because it is. They never knew. Letting people know when something needs to change is one of a leader's biggest responsibilities, and it gives the other person much dignity. There is no better way to handle it.

Woow!! Honestly, we did not expect this because we never set out to make an award winning film, no! We just wanted to document our story, a story of the people of Uganda fighting for freedom and democracy. We are just humbled that our story has received or has come to this level of international recognition. With this award and the attention that comes with it, we believe that we are going to be a little bit safer now because we know that the world is watching what is happening in Uganda. Ladies and gentlemen, my wife and I are not the real heroes in this film, no. The true heroes are the hundreds of men, women, and children who have paid the ultimate price in our struggle for freedom in Uganda. Those that are lying in unmarked graves scattered over the country, the political prisoners, and those that are missing. Those are the true heroes. We salute them!! I want to dedicate this award to my friend and neighbour, John Bosco Kibalama, and dozens of others that were arrested and taken away by the security forces and they've never been seen again. We honour you, we miss you, and we will never stop demanding for your freedom and return, dead or alive. Thank you Ladies and Gentlemen.

Over 40 Ugandans Released by Myanmar Rebels remain stranded on the Thailand Border with no Return Tickets.They narrated that Uganda Embassy in Malaysia told them it lacks capacity to repatriate them.
