Absolute rubbish. The reason for financial fair play was so clubs would stop spending way beyond their means and go into liquidation which happened to many or some survived by the skin of their teeth. Man city and Chelsea both cheated their way to success too.

Finishing 7th is the best any club outside of the "Big 6" can hope to achieve. They can't generate the revenue of those clubs. The only way to generate revenue is to invest in world class players. Can't invest in world class players though, 'cos of FFP restrictions. Closed shop!

Spot on. FFP was meant to stop clubs going under but the cartel realised after Chelsea and M City there wasnt room for other clubs to challenge what they perceived was their right to finish in the CL places every season. Dont know why other clubs don't challenge this closed shop.

Clubs need to stop selling their best players to the “big6” or if they do then they need to put in ridiculous valuations. Also, let’s not be so naive than to think that there wont ALWAYS be a hierarchy. Every PL club is complicit in regards to keeping promoted sides down
