Thinking back to the time Johnny Hockey hit the 100 point plateau in the 2022 season and his parents were in attendance to see it. They hopped on Flames TV after and had a very heartwarming moment with Johnny. Family first is what we all saw in his time as a Flame. He put his family first in everything he did in his career. So this hits hard and closer to home. Truly devastating. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Gaudreau family on the loss of Johnny and his brother Matthew.

Senator Bato dela Rosa must be the most stupid Senator we currently have in the Philippines. Why is a Senator of the Republic present and interfering in a legitimate police operation to serve a warrant of arrest for the capture of the fugitive Apollo Quiboloy who is accused of heinous crimes of human trafficking and sexual abuse of women and minors? The alleged human trafficker, along with 4 of his close-in-officers continues to evade the law to this day. Was not Senator Bato’s actions of interferance an attempt to influence the process and operation of our state agencies of which he is not anymore a member of? Can Senator Bato’s actions be construed as supporting and abetting fugitives of the law and therefore worthy of an appropriate charge in court? His closeness to the Dutertes and Quiboloy cannot be denied. As a Senator paid for by the people whose job is to craft laws, where does his loyalty stand- Quiboloy and the Dutertes, or to the Republic? Should the Senate as a whole cause an investigation of his action outside of his mandate and therefore bringing the chamber into disrepute? He now promises to use the people’s monies for another investigation on the police operation, perhaps in aid of another destabilisation. In aid of Quiboloy and the Dutertes…
