We launched Blueprints for Vy users earlier this week. Instead of cramming complex work into a single long prompt, you can now break it into modular steps. Test each step individually, then run them together as a complete workflow. What does this unlock?🔓 1/5

Most people just prompt ChatGPT for 10 tweets. Result is AI slop. Here's what Dan Koe does instead: Step 1: Find 3 posts that went viral Feed them to AI. Ask it to break down: - Structure - Psychology - Why it worked Step 2: Combine the patterns into one guide Step 3: Turn that guide into a two-phase prompt - Phase 1: AI interviews YOU for context - Phase 2: AI writes in YOUR voice He does this for tweets, landing pages, even book paragraphs. Stop prompting like a Neanderthal. Context is king.

My new favorite way to build with agents is to organize them into a factory. This is the 4-step workflow: 1) Station. - A custom order gets its own station, so the order does not interfere with the rest of production. - In software, this station is a branch or a work tree. 2) Assembly line. - The agent writes code, changes files, and adds structure. 3) Quality control. - Does it turn on? - Does it fit? - Does it break under pressure? - In software, you run tests, open a preview, and read the logs and screenshots. 4) Shipping. - The product goes out the door. - You merge, deploy the PR, and write release notes. If a product fails quality control, you send feedback to the product team. Then you do the loop again. Write each step of your agent workflow as a factory job.

Turn any workflow into an agent skill. I built a YC job finder, deployed it as MCP server & connected it to Claude Desktop. It finds matching roles & sends personalized application emails to the recruiter. If you can break a process into steps, this guide will help you automate it:

💡 Getting a lot of mileage out of this global rule in Claude: > Break up complex plans into multi-step phases with numbered headings for each phase. We do this to avoid having to implement all features at once. This lets me work through tasks in chunks or break off new convos

Most people trying to build a vertical AI business start by building the agent. That's the mistake. Here's the 5-step order that actually works: Step 1) Find a boring pain point - Pick a workflow you already know from your job. - That's your unfair advantage. Step 2) Map the workflow - Literally draw it out. - Every step, every handoff. Step 3) Do the job as a service - Manually. - For real clients. - Before any code. Step 4) Document the edge cases - This is where the real IP lives. - You only find them by doing the work. Step 5) Add vertical agents to replace each step - Now you have proprietary data and a workflow you own. Skip steps 1–4 and you're just building a demo.

Launch Week Day 1: Tasklist is here Eagle-eyed power users have already been putting Tasklist to work. Now, we’re showing you how to get the most out of it. With Tasklist, we’re making it way easier to take a big, vague task—and break it down step by step. So you can actually see what your Agent’s doing, monitor progress, and make changes as you go. It works the same way the most productive engineers do: - Define the ideal outcome - Break it into steps - Verify the plan makes sense That breakdown gives you confidence. Tasklist builds that into how the Agent works.

Ex-Google engineer built a graph-based workflow that made Claude Code do nearly 10 days of work in about an hour. Here's the exact setup he uses. step 1. create a separate Git worktree for every task. run: git worktree add ../task-1 -b task-1 open a new terminal, cd into it, and launch Claude Code. repeat this for every agent. each one gets its own branch, so nothing conflicts. step 2. give every Claude agent a different task. same repository. different branches. they all work in parallel. step 3. once they're done, review the pull requests. keep the good ones. merge what works. step 4. add a review agent. paste each PR into Claude and ask: "does this implementation match the original specification" every agent now has another agent reviewing its work before it gets merged. step 5. scale it up. 48GB of RAM can comfortably run around 20 Claude Code agents. 128GB can handle roughly 50. most engineers run Claude Code once and wait. he runs dozens of Claude Code agents in parallel, then merges the best results. this 60-minute lecture is one of the best free resources on graph engineering and multi-agent workflows. bookmark it and watch it below.

ANTHROPIC LEAKED A SETUP WHERE ONE FILE STARTS 7 LOOPS THAT TURN A PROMPT INTO A WORKING BUSINESS AI engineer drops in 1 file - the other 95% of the work closes automatically without them. spec → tasks → code → tests → docs → release → monitoring → back into the spec you don't write tickets anymore - you write the thing tickets get derived from, and Opus 5 cuts the spec into 6 tasks by itself. a task that fails its test comes back to itself, not to you - and runs a second lap without a single notification. 6 lanes of code run in parallel and none of them wait on you - the critic filters the diff before you ever open it. every new production bug becomes a permanent line in the eval set - the system never steps on it twice. monitoring isn't the end of the line, it's the start of the next spec - those back edges are what make it a graph instead of a conveyor. and one place is left where you say yes - release, 5 minutes instead of 5 hours. save this and paste it into Claude Code - and you get 7 loops that run without you ↓

We launched Conductor. Here are 5 things you can do with it in 90 seconds: • Build an agent from one sentence. • Turn single-prompt agents into a conversational flow, one click. • Add functions by typing them. • Cut tokens. Drop latency. • Test, find failures, fix with one-click review. Stop configuring your agents. Start describing them.

Most teams are sitting on piles of low-hanging automation fruit. If you’re trying to justify the ROI, you’re probably overthinking it. I talked about this on Applied, the tenex podcast with Alex Lieberman (Alex Lieberman) and Arman Hezarkhani. We built an agent that takes new Typeform leads, researches them online, and drops them into a Zapier Table. Small build, big ripple for any team learning to work with AI. Here’s how to find your own automation silver bullet: 1. Pick one process close to revenue or your biggest cost 2. Break it into 3 to 5 steps 3. Automate the boring parts with a workflow 4. Insert an agent only where judgment is needed 5. Keep a human in the loop. Remove as confidence grows You can run this exercise in 15 mins. You don’t need to code, but you DO need to think like an engineer. What win will you ship this week?

Kimi CEO Zhilin Yang: "The biggest mistake in agent systems - people trying to build one smarter agent we didn't make one smarter - Kimi made a thousand: one brain, a thousand hands" here's how: step 1 → stop polishing one agent, split the task and run many in parallel - that's the real ceiling-break step 2 → give each agent a long context so it can run for days, not seconds - long context is what lets an agent run long step 3 → give each agent a strong prior, so agent-RL can search for a good solution instead of starting from zero step 4 → don't just add more data - make each token count. they hit the data wall, so they made every token 2x smarter step 5 → don't scale one brain, scale the swarm - many agents working in parallel beat one agent thinking harder he just dropped Kimi K3 - and this 40-min workflow is the best on how to actually use it watch & bookmark - then read the article on saving on agents ↓

You don’t need to learn After Effects anymore. All you need to know is what you want to build GPT-6 Astra + Higgsfield can turn a prompt into a GPU plugin directly inside AE. Now you can build advanced 3D engines inside of AE allowing you to create insane 3D animations Today we created complex 3D brain > individually animated neural connections > fully editable in AE. It took a prompt and a few hours for Higgsfield + GPT-6 astra to ship the motion Just type in Higgsfield AI 🧩 /use-after-effects in ChatGPT Try now and share your best work.
