I deal with people who have a drug problem everyday, the number one cause of Psychosis in people who land up in Mental Institution's is Weed. The reason behind this is that they are not using for Medical reasons, instead they are smoking it for recreational purposes.

People who sound intelligent actually not intelligent, Noxy could have studied medicine or Computer Science with her smart English but I doubt she did a hard degree nor does she do a mentally challenging job. So sounding smart does not translate to being smart.
