Took a 30 minute nap. I'm about to die.

Gelje Sherpa, the man who was guiding a private client up Mt. Everest when he saw someone in distress near the summit. He went up, rolled him up in a sleeping mattress and gave him oxygen. He then strapped the man to his back and trekked 6 hours to safety

I do all of em in one week

Thats insane ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ

Who is your source for this information? I did a peer-reviewed research paper in college. The right amount of time for the human brain to fully recharge is 5 to 6 hours. These times are slightly correct. Will say, it takes conditioning to train the body to wake after 5 hours. If you sleep more than 5, you are wasting your time that can be used elsewhere in life. Such as, go to the gym, take a walk, budget finances or even have a relaxing moment before you go to work. Unless the body is sick atm, then yeah. Follow this sleep schedule.

My sleep pattern is, the first part between one and half to two hours then wake up... the second part usually three hours..then up..the final is about 2 hours..wake time vary from a few minutes to an hour..I have a habit of waking up at 3am and walking around the house for security..Marine thing I think..

I used to get 7-8 hours a night faithfully until about 3 weeks ago. Full blown perimenopause has kicked in so I am down to about 5-6 hours or constantly interrupted sleep. I stay exhausted. Iโm not sure of the amount of actual sleep I get now.

Wait, youโre getting sleep?

I completely disagree with this. Every person is different. I know a few people who cannot function at all who get 8 hours of sleep. I know a couple of people who get 2 to 4 hours of sleep a night. That are extremely productive and function perfectly fine.

20 hours on my days off

What?!? ๐ณ

4-5 hours on work days

I was literally waiting for him to say and 24 hrs sleep means you're dead.

Long sleep can be awesome, short sleep can also be awesome past 3 hours. 7 - 9 hours makes me feel like death

It's been years since I slept for more than 6 hours

botch please I survived international trips with 3 flights on like 5 seconds micronap I get in the plane and 30+ hours of being awake! It's fine!!!!! what you mean deadly or dangerous?

Load of BS my shift pattern I'm awake for over 24 hrs and get an average of 4 hrs over a 48hr period.

Going from tired to โperfect sleepโ with just one extra hour makes no sense. Sleep is about far more than total hours. Deep sleep, REM sleep, sleep quality, consistency, and underlying issues like stress or sleep apnea all play a major role. Someone can sleep 8 hours and still feel exhausted, while another person feels great after 6.5 hours.

6-7 take it or leave it

This is educational

and there comes the mfucker that only sleeps once per 3 days.

I have between 1 and 3 hours of sleep everynight snd I'm fine so false

lemme take a very dangerous sleep right now ๐ฎโ๐จ

Good thing I donโt sleep much ๐ญ

๐คฃ ๐คฃ ๐คฃ ๐คฃ ๐คฃ ๐คฃ Yeah right

Something about someone who put a glove on to suggest I then sleep for a long time is a little sus

4 hrs a night tops!

Doesn't need to be so hard
