My entry for the Rive Impossible UI challenge ✨ I gave myself an extra challenge: to build a small story around the interface. So I made an alien planetary catalog. For them, Earth is an oxygen-water hazard. And some planets that are deadly for humans might actually be viable for them. Fully built in Rive: data binding, state machines, scripted components, sounds, and much more. You can play with it live here: Thanks for the challenge, Rive. Disney designer Jesse Gilbert says, "Just in time for MLB Opening Day, we’ve overhauled our workflow to bring Rive into our Braze overlays which has allowed us to switch from GIFs and replace them with high-quality, fully interactive designs. Today we launched this design to remind users who have MLB as a favorite league that they can find their favorite games in our where to watch feature. Allowing interaction to familiarize users with the icon and expected flow. Excited to keep pushing the bounds of these overlays and getting more of these into our users hands!"

Like this 👇 button img { object-fit: cover; object-position: 0 0; } The image is a sprite strip of the frames in the animation.
