We made 'Agent One' Uniqlo's Campaign Manager and trained it to create 4-5 performance ads daily. Across 3 formats – product films, UGC ads, and BTS studio shoots. For ~$124 per ad, end-to-end. The full 15-min breakdown and final ad outputs in the video and the thread. If you... show more

Start by giving Agent One your brand context. I uploaded three brand documents: → the visual guidelines: identity, voice, tone, palette, music sensibility → the product catalogue: every product, multiple angles, close-ups under different lighting → the treatment note: camera, lighting, composition, and a "standing don'ts" list - no plastic fabric, no whip-pans, no AI-looking humans The agent populates the context tab. The brain of the project. It holds all of this on its own through every ad you build, without you repeating any of it.

Ad 1: outdoor product showcase film. I briefed the agent, it asked me clarifying questions and then gave me a shot-by-shot breakdown. I then uploaded an old Uniqlo ad as a reference. The agent read the video, extracted the camera language and pacing, saved it to context on its own, and rebuilt the shot list against it. This is what an actual pre-production session feels like.

Casting and wardrobe. For cast, I prefer using Recraft over Nano Banana - Recraft just renders excellent quality skin textures for fashion. For the wardrobe, I uploaded products from the catalogue, assigned each one to each character, told the agent how they should be styled. And, character sheets locked. Then mid-project I changed my mind on location. Rooftop to beach. Most workflows would collapse here.

While generating frames, the agent caught its own errors before showing me the output - anatomical issues on a hand, an unnatural pose, visible arm hair on a character whose locked sheet didn't have any - and regenerated them on its own before showing me the frames. For video, it defaulted to Seedance 2.0. I generated in batches of 5 to stay iterative and save credits. For VO, I pointed it back at the old Uniqlo ad. The original was in Thai. The agent translated it, kept the cadence, and matched the music genre, tempo, and instrumentation underneath.

Ad 2: BTS studio film. New agent, same project. The brand book - visual guidelines, catalogue, treatment, "standing don'ts" - all still locked. Setup time: zero. This is the unlock - multi-agent inside one project. Each format gets its own specialist. Same brand brain. You build a roster of format specialists, not a single tool. Ad 2 moved 2x faster than Ad 1.

Ad 3: UGC trial room review. New project this time - kept UGC clean from the product films as a format. I uploaded an actual Uniqlo trial room photo as the visual reference. Built the cast, locked the character sheet, brainstormed hooks, locked a one-take reaction script. Then for video, I ran the same shot through Kling and Seedance head to head. Character held across both - face, dress, all of it. This is the magic of locking context early.

Ad 4: Outdoor UGC. New agent inside the UGC project. Same UGC brain. Setup time: zero again. The unlock here was different. I uploaded a previous high-performing Uniqlo ad and asked the agent to use its structure as the script template. It transcribed the ad, mapped the beats - hook, demo, CTA - and rebuilt the script against the new brief. Your winning ads become training data. Most brand teams never close that loop

The receipts: → 2 creatives on the project → 4-5 ads per 8-hour day → ~$124 per ad average across 4 formats It felt like running a full creative agency from one chat window. The alternatives: → traditional shoot: weeks per ad, $5k - $50k each, full crew, talent, location, post → manual AI prompting (no agents): re-uploading the brand brief on every generation, no memory across ads, consistency dies by the third variant

holy mother🔥🔥🔥🔥, waiting for my payout to try invideo next month!!

Great demonstration 😎👍

What’s wild isn’t just the $124 cost per ad, it’s the shift from “making campaigns” to building systems that continuously generate campaigns. Feels like creative production is evolving from one-off execution into scalable creative infrastructure. Really interesting direction.

The efficiency in ad creation could be a game changer for e-commerce brands. I'm looking forward to seeing the video breakdown and final outputs. Great work!

Interesting workflow 👍✨

Sounds exciting….😊

Insane workflow! Thank you for this awesome tips InVideo! This is really a game changer for every company!

$124 per ad is wild considering most brands still spend more on one shoot day than an entire week of testing. This is what changes when AI stops being a tool and starts acting like a creative team: ideation → scripting → production → iteration, all compressed into a daily workflow. The brands that win won’t be the ones with the biggest budgets. They’ll be the ones shipping the fastest creatives.

Great News

Let's collaboration

Thanks for this update

Cost $124 per ad on an industrial scale really cuts the budget significantly. And then there's the problem of getting three formats at once. The workflow efficiency is getting more and more unreasonable 🔥

This is a very useful showcase

Agent one .. no word to describe.. 🔥🔥🔥

This is wild basically turning ad production into an automated factory. The cost + speed combo alone is a game changer for e-commerce teams.

Ad agencies sweating after this

Thank you! I will do my ugc this way!

This is a wild step-change for creative ops. If you can reliably ship 4–5 high-performing ad variants daily across formats at that cost, the real moat shifts from production to iteration speed + signal quality. Curious how you’re handling performance feedback loops (what gets fed back into Agent One to improve outputs over time)?

Magnifico 👏🏾

That’s cool

This is where agentic creative workflows start becoming impossible to ignore. 4–5 performance ads daily at that cost changes the economics of content production completely — especially for e-commerce brands that need constant testing and iteration.

This is honestly insane. $124 for a full end-to-end ad workflow at that quality level is a huge shift for creative production 👀

The fact that it handles 3 formats daily without breaking a sweat is wild. Most teams can't even do one format consistently.

This will change how e-commerce handles Ad production and testing in so much less time!

I will give this a try

Awesome! This approach to advertising opens up new horizons for business!

$124 per ad end-to-end is actually insane. Standard agency workflows can’t touch this.

This is next level. 4–5 ads daily at that cost is crazy… real performance at scale. Agent workflows are the future 💯

Agent One is seriously one of the best AI creative tools right now 🔥 Amazing work.

I really amaze with Agent One, I am using it right now, chat discussion working all just on one page. So efficient 🔥 @invideoOfficial

cheers up for Invideo Agent One 😍
