I echo the similar experience. Host wrongly charged my credit cards and now its been months , the case is being transffered and no resolution... who is eating interest on the money charged?

Don't fall for it! #OneKey rewards is a scam. I booked a place that showed on VRBO site would be $0 with rewards. It let me use the rewards to book the deposit. Now says the balance has to be credit card, can’t use my points. Bait and switch? I TRUSTED #VRBO. Please help!

Avoid booking through VRBO like the plague.

I booked with my One Key rewards, picked a home that showed it would be $0 with my rewards, paid the first payment with rewards, and now am being told I have to pay the balance with my credit card. Bait and switch. Con. Scam. Please help. Your agent was zero help and said she couldn’t reach a supervisor for me to speak with.
