1.25 pounds stew meat in the Instant Pot for 30 minutes with 1 cup broth. Remove the meat, add 1/2 cup butter powder and reduce until almost gravy thick. Add back the meat and mash it up good. Not sure what to call it but it was inexpensive and delicious.
