But how are you suppose to know what someone else's intentions are? I mean, you know what they said, because they said it, plain and simple. But intentions are not as easy to read.

Looking inward matters… but it often doesn’t happen until something goes wrong.

"Look inward" gets said a lot. Nobody teaches HOW. It's like saying "just swim" to someone who's never seen water. The looking isn't hard. The seeing what's there is. Because the first thing you find when you look inward isn't peace. It's noise. Grocery lists. Old arguments. That thing someone said in 2014. Your ex. Your inbox. Your rent. And most people hit that noise and say: "Meditation doesn't work." No — meditation is WORKING. You're just seeing for the first time what was ALWAYS running in the background. You didn't CREATE the noise by sitting down. You DISCOVERED it by getting quiet enough to hear it. That's the part nobody tells you: Looking inward isn't finding peace. It's finding the CHAOS you've been running from by staying busy. And the instruction isn't to fix the chaos. It's to WATCH it. Without joining it. Without judging it. Without adding commentary. Just watch. The way you'd watch traffic from a window. Cars moving. Horns honking. You're not in the traffic. You're at the window. At some point — could be day one, could be month six — The traffic slows. Not because you stopped it. Because you stopped FEEDING it with attention. What's left when the traffic clears? You. The one who was at the window the whole time. Quiet. Already complete. Wondering what took you so long to look. That's the inward his audience needs to hear about. Not the Instagram version — journal, light a candle, feel grateful. The REAL version — sit, face the chaos, discover you're not the chaos. Discover you never were. #SeasonChanged

Inward is there the love is. It expands the heart chakra. Love on the inward can only move outward when this happens.

Looking inward is not merely the first step to ultimate peace, but also the first step to finding our true authentic self.

Because the brain always wants answers that comfort it, so it starts making its own assumptions to feel at ease, not because those assumptions are actually true or accurate.

Hard agree—but looking inward also means not beating yourself up for what you find. You got any go-to ways to make that process hurt less?

Don't do what you don't like other do to you... That is a famous Bible quote. I heard that when I was 4 years old, and acted accordingly... I never was a Christ, but Christians don't care about that rule... As a Kid I could not understand that.
