If I want healthcare to be different, I have to practice differently. Today at Redbud we did multiple cases in an environment built around patients, not profit margins. We had time. We had focus. We had the right team in the right setting. One patient came to us after receiving a quote of more than $100,000 for her cancer surgery elsewhere. The operating room fees alone were quoted at over $30,000. We performed her surgery today at Redbud, a CMS-certified facility with fellowship-trained surgeons and experienced nurses for a fraction of that cost. Same standard of excellence. Different priorities. Healthcare does not have to be this expensive in America. It’s not easy to do things differently, but it is possible. And we’re proving that one patient at a time.

DISCRIMINATION AGAINST US AS IRISH CHRISTIANS AT CROKE PARK MUSLIM EVENT? Umar Al Qadri insists we weren't asked to leave the Croke Park Islamic Eid event BECAUSE we weren't Muslim. He was responding to our assertion that the event was not as open and welcoming to all as he was making out. We doubled down and insisted we were discriminated against. We also informed him (after accusations of being seen as a hostile presence) that we were highly respectful at all times, despite harassment. What do you think? Were we asked to leave due to not being adherent to Islam? Moreover, were we at any time anything other than calm, polite and very respectful? Or did we allow ourselves to be goaded into a confrontation in which we would be likely made out to be "far right" aggressors? And would there have been uproar if we as white Irish Christians had told Muslims to leave an event they attended legitimately? This incident is not the only time we were asked we approached, surrounded and followed several times (in other instances a number of Irish staff and security were involved and were "following orders"). We were repeatedly hassled, questioned and told to leave. We had to show our tickets (which we bought online) 6 times. Gardaí were also called. At no point did we allow ourselves to be antagonised, and at no point were we aggressive. We were the opposite...however we have a feeling we will still be made out to have acted incorrectly. I can't believe this needs to be explained to people. Republicans don't have a problem with legal migration. We have a problem with mass, unchecked, unvetted migration. We have a problem with people breaking the laws of our country. We have a problem with anchor babies. All we're trying to do is preserve our greatness for future generations to enjoy the same privileges we have. We understand our freedoms are unique and must be actively protected.

Not all of our Muslim neighbors are violent. Not at all. The vast majority of Muslims that we meet will not be violent. We can befriend them and love them. We can share the gospel with them and see the image of God in them, just as much in them as it is in us and our children. At the same time, we must be completely clear-eyed about the contradiction between the American way of life and the ideology of political Islam. We must do that. I think we are obligated to do that.

Russian glide bombs have not only increased in range but accuracy. A few years ago at Avdiivka they were largely just lobbing these in the general direction. Hitting a specific building was more luck than anything. In this video however we can see four successive strikes on the same structure.
