"Equal research" Would you like to take a guess on which gets more research money: breast cancer research or prostate cancer research? I think prostate cancer gets less than half. So yeah, we should get equal research and 2x what goes to men.

It was proably a room for of OB/GYN docs. Men have testicles, colons, kidneys, other organs and limbs removed because of cancer, vascular disease, diabetes or injury all the time. The disparity is because many men do not walk around talking about it all the time. They internalize it and shove it down.

My fairly healthy Dad & Grandpa had more surgeries than the unhealthy women in our family. But they dealt with it & moved on so everyone kind of forgets. U know how many surgeries these men had just from fixing things around the house that accidentally went wrong w/out a helper?

This simply isn’t true, shocking tik tokers would lie for views and follows. This was basically covered in one of my bioethics classes back in college and the students were put in groups to argue both sides of any perceived gap in medical research.
