Let us set up awards for true innovation. These awards should attract young tech. Secondly industry should use college students for research. Will this happen?

What we need is the deep removal of corruption and empathy-less individuals from the government. Only then will people take more risks, and true Deep Tech innovation will emerge. Right now, the cruelty of government officials is the biggest fear factor holding back risk-taking.
