I’ve been intermittent fasting since December. I don’t get hungry at all. I have to force myself to eat most days. I don’t feel tired or anything. I feel good.

Apparently we have been programmed to think we need to eat three times a day. They also put bad stuff in our food that makes us crave the wrong kinds of foods. All by design!! They also say if we don’t do a parasite cleanse the parasites make us hungry…

I'm trying to work my way up! Yesterday I hit 16 hours and I was feeling incredible. Having trouble controlling snack attacks all day long tho. I think I need to really do a whole meal prep and maybe a guide to deal with the eating hours.

As Muslims, we were encouraged by our Prophet (PBUH) to fast at least twice a week (Monday and Thursday to be exact). We have an annual fast from Dawn to Sunset once a year for about 30 days and there's also other recommended days for fasting throughout the year.
