We need more real interactions.

Greene the place I'm from the people don't want "real interaction".

why monk mode is so dumb you could easily work 8 hours a day have a social life have a partner have the body and build something awesome your brain beliefs are too small + too many distractions give hugs

@grok transcribe conversation.

Agreed. I think the struggle becomes how to influence positive, productive interactions at scale?

Using virtual communication as a substitute for real-life relationships is something that simply cannot work.

We need real connection. We need real people not virtual. Because we are emotional beings. When we are with real people our needs of getting connected is met. We capture so many things unknowingly.

Nothing can beat true human to human interaction.

Great advice as ever Robert.✨

Dunbar's research (1992) shows humans evolved for ~150 meaningful social connections. Digital networks expanded reach but decreased depth. Our brains still process in-person interactions using neural circuits honed over millions of years of evolution.

Hey it would be lovely if you send me one of your books.
