It looks like Gary Vaynerchuk is fired up about accountability and practicality! What's got him riled up this timed.

Meritocracy is the only practical way to have a moral system in business. We can do that for the 100s of 1000s of bartenders and servers in the US who put in performance-based work in a brutal industry. Please help me help them.
