My buddy moved to Idaho. I said hey Colorado is pretty open to settle. He said. Nope its a Blue State. I kinda laughed…He was right….i sadly stand corrected

He was right.

this song is so relaxing

I pray no one ever tries to tell me what I can do on my own land. Ever see that episode of Yellowstone? As long as someone's land isn't interfering with anyone elses land, I think that all regulations "giving me permission on how to use my own land" is a breach of liberty.

Should be allowed to do most of what you want on your own damn land, especially live on it.

Translation: we can’t really jack your property taxes up when you live this way.

It all comes down to two things: money and control.

Where do they derive their authority? The Sheriff does not have a choice whether or not to protect the rights of EVERY man and woman in his county/parish—it’s his DUTY!

Its gone too far when someone is trying to tell you what to do with your property.

His biggest mistake was choosing left wing Colorado to build his home.

I deal with new property owners daily at work. The local boards can make life difficult if they don’t want to play nice. Smaller townships are governed by a few people in a small office and can easily be swayed by one person even when the others don’t agree. Truly think half of them just go along to avoid confrontation. To be fair I have also seen internal wars between township politicians. Too bad most of the people worthy of leading are too smart to go into politics. You can tell when the citizens actually know the people they vote into local office.
