I would argue that our “cutting edge technology” will improve tremendously when American teams with their ingenuity and out of the box thinking are back to work in our American companies instead of those jobs being dominated by visa workers.

End all visas. Put small % caps on outsourcing by department not by whole company. My TN based company used to be 100% American in IT and accounting. It's now 77% offshore. Mostly in India. Reliability, ingenuity, security, and customer service have all taken a major hit.
