We need transformational policy change to secure our border, enforce our laws, and deter even more illegal immigration. Secretary Mayorkas is saying the opposite—that the Biden administration wants more money to process more illegal immigrants. They just don’t get it.

Stop being so soft spoken and weak. They understand EXACTLY what they are doing. It’s called TREASON and stealing all future elections from the American people.

No, we’ve been asking for two decades for transformational changes but the Republicans have refused.

.@SpeakerJohnson And you 👆 think your little field trip for a photo-op 💯 wasting tax payer's money is what we need? Work with your colleagues on a bipartisan bill to address our immigration problems. STOP fearmongering near every election. Folks, we need to stop electing these attention seeking ignorant people and expecting our lives would get better. Accusing Mayorkas of not protecting the country? That's a stretch, even for you. Let's clear the air here: He's actually been pretty upfront about the challenges at the border and what he's doing about them. Warning migrants about the end of Title 42, acknowledging the complexity of the border situation, focusing on the root causes in the Northern Triangle, this is not someone ignoring the issue. And this whole bit about blaming everything on Biden? That’s just not flying. Mayorkas has been clear: the border issues are way bigger than one administration. There's a whole history and a bunch of global factors at play here. He's talked about inherited challenges, like a system that was underfunded and unprepared for a pandemic. Plus, he's emphasized humane border security. That’s a far cry from just shrugging off responsibility. Now, about the Biden administration's immigration policies, they're definitely not just a rehash of the past. They're working to cut out smugglers while balancing humanitarian obligations and security. That’s not an easy juggling act, but they're doing it. And you, throwing around 'impeachment' and 'treason' like it's nothing? Come on, 🤡s. Treason and impeachment are serious business. You can't just use it as a catch-all for things you don't like. It's misleading and irresponsible. Especially when your own record on January 6th is, let's just say, less than stellar. If there’s any treason to talk about, Jack Smith might be the one to ask. So, let's cut through the nonsense. This administration is pouring resources into border security, $25 billion, over 23,000 agents, more than ever before. They're also tackling the real causes of migration head-on. It's not about sitting back; it's about being proactive. And that's something you seem to be conveniently ignoring. Bottom line: Your statements aren't just misleading. They're a cocktail of ignorance, misinformation, and a blatant disregard for the complexity of these issues. It's about time we elected people who actually get it. Enough with the circus acts in Congress. #Immigrants #BorderCrisis

Mike, what exactly did you accomplish on your border visit?

Bring Biden’s 14 billion dollar border package to the floor along with the other bills and let the elected representatives decide. You guys can run on your failed border policy in November. Stop holding our country hostage for your political games. The 118th congress was a joke.

Like funding? All you Republicans voted against Border Funding. You all are frauds.

So then use the advice that @RepAndyBiggsAZ gave. Shut it down until they actually shut down the border. Action, not just words.

1. Close the border. 2. Every Bill needs to be single spending bill only in 2024, we need more accountability from both The House and Senate.

Interesting how just the other day you said it wasn't the time for immigration reform. Now you're saying that is what we need, which would be correct except we've seen what you believe transformational reform is with H.R.2, a joke of a bill. We do need real reform in many areas including trade policy, sanctions, drug policy, work visas. None of which you support. We also need money to modernize and properly fund our immigration system and asylum processing. Your own party complains that asylum seekers are getting court dates years from now but yet you don't want to fund the system to clear the backlog, expedite requests, and deport those who don't qualify? That is exactly what your party wants so why do you refuse to fund it? Rhetorical of course as we know you don't want to solve anything. You want to complain and campaign. Solving the border takes away the only issue you have left for 2024. Shameless politics at the expense of human lives. Quite despicable Mr. Speaker. But we've come to expect this from the Republican controlled House that is the least productive in over 50 years. Don't worry, we get your plan.

@BillMelugin_ Oh they get it ! But they’re more determined to continue than y’all are to stop it.
