Airline staff advised the dog’s owner she was required to complete online documentation in order to travel with the animal as a service dog. When the required paperwork was not completed, the passenger was denied a boarding pass. She then left the dog behind and proceeded through the airport to the departure gate. The video shows a man and woman in a verbal confrontation before the man forces the woman into a maroon Toyota 4Runner with a roof rack. The 4Runner was last seen heading south on Emporia, then west on East 14th Avenue. Detectives with our Major Crime Homicide Unit are working to identify the man, the woman, and the vehicle. NEW: Woman arrested after tossing 2 puppies in a trash can in Opelousas, Louisiana. 22-year-olds Jasmine Mouton & Kendall Tyler were arrested on charges of aggravated animal cruelty. Mouton was captured on camera picking up the two dogs and throwing them into a dumpster before walking off. The puppies were later found by a neighbor who is now taking care of them.
