The tunnel is part of the most expensive road ever built in India at INR 250 crs per kilometre (against 20 ) i.e. Dwarka e-way in NCR and opened less than 2 yrs ago.This e-way was actually inaugurated twice in the last two years. Yesterday’s drizzle of a receding monsoon and this is what it was reduced too and we received this prasaadam for having to crawl thru it in 60 minutes (takes 6-8 mins)

This is great because Sachsen-Anhalt has a chance to try new version left and right wing parties. BSW essentially tries to be what left parties were 20-30 years ago, and AfD the same on the right. (Mainstream parties all just went way too left and globalist.) AfD would have a partner to solve energy pricing in Sachsen-Anhalt, along with other issues BSW agrees on. The left-wing BSW even agrees on strict border checks and stopping “naive immigration” where everyone is taken blindly (like the Democrats 20 years ago). Such a coalition would not give AFD the power to solve all the issues they want, as BSW is still left wing … but they could solve a lot of big things like energy and immigration to some degree. This could become a benchmark for German states. Let’s see if they decide to work together and smash the mainstream. It remains interesting

Today, we’re saying goodbye to our beloved old boy, Dino. He’s between 18 and 20 years old, and I’ve had him by my side since high school. Over the past few days, we took him out antiquing, something we loved to do together, and even visited Snoqualmie Falls. Dino has lived a full life, but his age has caught up with him. His back legs are giving out, he’s had recurring UTIs, has been dealing with dementia for a long time, and is now mostly blind and deaf. He’s also developed scabs that just aren’t healing. It’s time to let him rest. Below are current pictures (18-20) and some of him still younger, probably around 12-13. Dogs are family - he is like a son to me a friend that has helped me through tough times, and through many challenges in life. Thank you Dino for being there for me.

Ryan Shorey took his 7-year-old Aaron to their local card shop over Memorial Day weekend and joked on the way there, "Wouldn't it be cool if we saw The Miz?" Misiorowski was right inside when they walked in and offered to sign Aaron's card if they pulled one from a box, as long as he got to pay for it himself. They pulled his card, got it signed on the spot, and Misiorowski even left Aaron with some pitching advice before they walked out. (via Ryan Christopher/FB)

Following this, a record was set for the furthest distance humans had ever traveled from Earth, at a distance of 406,771 km (252,756 mi), which occurred at 23:02 UTC (MET+5/00:27). The crew also witnessed an Earthrise and solar eclipse during this time, before the lunar observation period concluded. Moving on to today's expected events, first up we have the crew wakeup, which is expected to occur at 15:35 UTC (MET+5/17:00). Following this, Orion will exit the lunar sphere of influence, which is expected to occur at 17:25 UTC (MET+5/18:50). Then, after that, will be the Crew Daily Planning Conference (PDC), which will occur at 18:05 UTC (MET+5/19:30). Everyone loves saying: "Why don't Indian brands make products like this?" But they don't see the real problem. A well-wisher sent me a reel of a product that would be a huge hit in India. I checked the numbers. China factory price: $20 Landed cost in India: ~₹3,000 Retail price needed: ~₹6,000 Too expensive for most Indians. The funny part? If we Indianised it, we could probably sell it for ₹3,000 and still make it work. But there is one big wall. Moulds. Just the tooling would cost around $80,000. Before selling even one unit. That's the real challenge with making products in India. Not ideas or demand. But the cost and risk of building from scratch. So for now, we focus on smaller bets. Products where we can afford to take the risk. Still, it hurts seeing great ideas and not being able to build them all. How can we solve this?

the most beautiful DIY robot build i've ever seen: this guy turned a robot dog into an off-road wheelchair so his dad could go hiking again his dad used to run marathons, but 20 years ago multiple sclerosis put him in a wheelchair. so his son Jake took a Unitree B2-W (an industrial robot with 4 legs and a wheel on each foot) and built a custom seat on top. on flat ground it rolls just like a normal wheelchair. but when it reaches rocks, water, or stairs, each leg can lift and adjust on its own, allowing it to step right over them. getting this to work safely took a while. > the robot was never designed to carry a person (it tipped over many times during testing) > so Jake spent 3 years recalibrating it. he tested it on his friends first, then once it was stable enough his dad finally got to try it. > and after 20 years in a wheelchair, he climbed a hiking trail again. a chair like this could eventually give wheelchair users access to trails, beaches, broken sidewalks, all the places that are still out of reach today. and one dude built it in his garage lol we truly live in a golden age where a single person can create world-changing tech

Don't argue with the list.'" I argued with the list for about three days. Then I stopped arguing. I have not missed a single morning since. Six months of mornings. Six months of 6:30am. Six months of Bruno waiting at the door with the specific patience of a dog who knows the list says morning and trusts that morning will happen because she said it would. Some mornings I get dressed on autopilot. Some mornings I don't remember deciding to get up. I just find myself at the door with my coat on and Bruno's leash in my hand. She knew. She knew me better than I knew myself and she wrote it down and she signed it don't argue with the list and she was right she was always right she was right about this the way she was right about everything. My son saw us this morning on his run. He called me after. He couldn't finish a sentence. Neither could I.
