The slow-motion on the VAR is meant to show point of contact, not the intensity of the alleged foul. It didn't meet the criteria of "excessive force" to qualify as a Serious Foul Play, which is why it wasn't called on the field.

Referees watch the scene in normal speed too. Not just slow motion. The difference is not speed of the video, it's Trump's call!
