I have to disagree with you on this one, Matt. If you are diagnosed with a terminal illness and are suffering, you should absolutely be allowed, as an adult of sound mind, to make this decision to terminate your own life to avoid suffering.

"Euthanasia" translates to "good death". Using that horrible word automatically gives the Left a victory.

I do not agree with this. I was a Home Care Hospice RN for 6 years. None of my patients suffered needlessly. I did a lot of education for caregivers, as well as the admitting Drs. At that time their was no training in medical schooling for end of life care. I made sure my patients had enough medicine to be comfortable in an easy assimilated form. Patches & liquid forms.
