We often think that our idols dedicate themselves only to their work as actresses, without considering that in reality they devote themselves to many other things that we often don’t see because they are not published, and often charity and good deeds are done in silence, without being shown.... But then there are videos that need to be shown to new fans or perhaps to those who don’t know about Lena and Miu going personally to do charity work, confronting realities that perhaps even during the course of a day or throughout life you don’t think you would ever see, and when that happens you find souls who are moved when they come into contact with these realities. During their birthday celebrations, they raised money which they then personally brought to the blind children’s foundation, confronting a very different reality from their usual one. They spent time with them, they saw these children playing the piano, and they gave them food, drinks, and basic necessities. Seeing all this not only opens your eyes to a side of the world that is often “forgotten,” but also makes you realize how lucky we are to be able to do something more for all these children with serious difficulties. Today we have another lesson from our beloved girls. ✨💗Before the World Teaches Them Otherwise There is something about the way children respond to another person in need. They don't pause to think about whether they should get involved. They don't wonder if someone else should do it. They don't stop to consider how their kindness might look to the people around them. They simply notice. And when they see that someone needs a little help, their first instinct is often to do something about it. That instinct is easy to overlook because, to a child, it feels completely normal. There is no great decision behind it. No calculation. No expectation of being thanked. Just a small act of kindness, offered because someone needed it. And perhaps that is what makes childhood so beautiful. Before the world teaches us otherwise, children trust. Before we learn to measure every relationship, children give freely. Before we become afraid of looking foolish, children simply do what feels right. An adult might walk past because they are busy. Another might notice but hesitate, wondering whether it is their responsibility. A child may not think that far. They just see a person. And perhaps that is one of the quiet lessons children give us without even knowing it: Kindness does not always need an explanation. As we grow older, life teaches us many useful things — how to protect ourselves, how to be careful, how to think before we act. But in learning all of that, we should be careful not to lose the simplest part of ourselves. The part that still notices. The part that still cares. Lena and Miu visited the pediatric hospital. These girls have such a beautiful way of paying attention to the small but important things in life. I’m glad they also get involved in charity work or that they pay attention to these little things. Prevention is an important and serious matter nowadays. Let’s make sure that everyone can receive medical care or at least have the opportunity to do so. And let’s never leave anyone behind when it comes to health, especially if it involves a small child. 10 years old. This poor child only 10 years old. And yet she is already pregnant after being forced to marry a 60-year-old man in Pakistan. This is what we are fighting against. This is why we keep fighting. Little British girls in towns like mine are being raped, sodomised, groomed, exploited, tortured, abused, and murdered by these same evil men… while the “great and good” turn a blind eye. Telford. Rotherham. Rochdale. Oldham. Banbury. Birmingham. Manchester. Bradford. And countless others. Our children, no different from that little girl in Pakistan, have been left at the mercy of Pakistani-Muslim grooming gangs because those in power care more about “inclusivity” and appeasing ethnic minorities than protecting little girls from rape. And it’s still going on. Why? Because their culture and their religion encourages it. Followers of Muslim Sharia Law don’t want to coexist with other populations. They want to overpower and destroy anyone who doesn’t subscribe to their ideology. They don’t respect our laws or even recognise our right to exist. They would kill us in a heartbeat if given the power to. They don’t see our women and children as equal, or even as human beings. So they rape and pillage and they do whatever they please because, to them, we are just property. And what do those in power do? Worse than nothing. They call little girls “paki shaggers” and “white slags” when they show up beaten and bruised to a police station. They arrest children for prostitution then release them back to their abusers. They say it’s our fault, that we brought it on ourselves, that somehow we provoked them with our school uniforms and plaited hair. Police, social services, politicians and all the other powerful people in our great institutions — they would rather protect rapists than risk being called racist. Well, newsflash: Little girls shouldn’t be sold off to men old enough to be their grandfathers. Women shouldn’t be banned from speaking, showing their faces, or going to school. Babies shouldn’t be born with severe congenital defects from cousin marriage. Not all cultures are good. Not all cultures are equal. Not all cultures should be tolerated. The fact that our own government refuses to uphold and defend British sovereignty on our own soil is appalling. The fact that they are allowing women, girls and children to be subjected to the abusive dictation of these monsters is reprehensible. This is Britain. Not the Middle East. And the fact that they want us to sit down and shut up about it is morally bankrupt. Sharia Law culture must never be allowed in Britain. Not now, not ever.

Wondering if you are “quad dominant” in your throw and if you should change it? Maybe you shouldn’t 🤷‍♂️ A coach’s post coming from Austin Roark 🚀⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ One question I get from a lot of athletes is whether they should change their lower half because their knee is over their toe during their loading phase down the mound. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ The biggest thing that I look for when trying to figure out if it is an issue or not is to see how they are able to get out of that position. Some guys are able to leverage and rotate from that position extremely well, which then I would say that it’s not an issue.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ On the other hand, there are some guys who will get out of this position by driving extension out of their back leg, killing their ability to rotate their pelvis and get it in an open position into landing.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ This is when I would suggest trying to make a change. I think a lot of people jump into certain ideologies that you shouldn’t do certain things because it’s “inefficient” or it looks “wrong”. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ Take a look at these pitchers shown in the video. All 3 of these high level arms have some degree of knee flexion over their toe. Now, granted, they all have insane levers to help them, but the way they are moving is what makes them efficient in how they throw. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ I think if you told Dustin May that he had to hold a vertical shin down the mound, it would be a disaster and mess a lot of things up upstream that would impact him in a negative way.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ The big takeaway here is that there are no absolutes. One thing that may look inefficient to you could be the thing that makes someone else very efficient.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ When trying to figure out if you should change something about someone's delivery, make sure to look at the entire unit as a whole and don’t jump into any quick changes.

“Just a reminder that people won’t be able to go to the store and feed their kids this month. They won’t be able to get what they need let alone want.” Here’s my reminder to you that these people are not necessarily getting what they need, they are getting what they want. And another reminder that it should not be the responsibility of the American taxpayer to pay to feed your children when you are enable body to dull, who can go get a job and take care of your own babies. Step up and do better.

South Africa is truly blessed with beautiful women, and what makes it even more special is that many of them are naturally stunning. There’s something about their confidence, charm, and natural features that stand out without needing any enhancements. It’s refreshing to see that beauty comes in its natural form, and they don’t need BBLs to look attractive. Real beauty is already there in the way they carry themselves and embrace who they are.

Dear friends, today is our ninth anniversary, we would have liked to celebrate with you and talk about beautiful things, but as you may have heard from the media, currently in Syria there are fierce clashes between rebels and the regime in several cities, Aleppo, our old and loved hometown just yesterday was the object of clashes but several people have contacted us saying that there is a shelter that has 600 partially disabled animals that have been left without any help, civilians are forbidden to move. we armed ourselves with meat and dry food and we are leaving to try to reach these animals. Will we succeed? We don't know! We will tell you this evening. Happy birthday Ernesto’s friends please celebrate our foundation because without you we would never have been able to exist, without your generosity we can do nothing, someone complained to us that they did not feel thanked enough, we are very sorry, life is becoming more and more difficult for more of us , and sometimes we think we are one family and we forget to say thank you, it is not because we are not grateful, on the contrary! thank you thank you thank you to all of you, one by one! Tel Aviv mood: These people on the beach and at the bar all know some of them could be in uniform and in battle tomorrow and that they and their loved ones are at risk of missile attacks from maniacs 1,000 miles away. They are bracing for a potentially difficult week ahead. So they try to share only good vibes. They remind each other not to be negative, not to gossip. They greet each other with extra warmth. It's very touching. Jews from all over have flown in, one told me, "I felt I should be here, now more than ever." People are on edge but resolute that things will work out for the best. A reckoning with Hezboallah and Iran always had to come, sooner or later, and there was always going to be a price to pay, but Israel will prevail, as our enemies are evil. Shabbat Shalom

But once they are that age, throw them in the same room together. Encourage them to be best friends. And then watch as the fruit of your labor multiplies. Hills I will die on as someone who has coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. The legacy you leave as a coach will never be determined by your wins and losses, but by the lives you were able to change for the better!

10 days. Two countries. JUST THE TWO OF THEM...from quiet walks and random shopping stops, to meeting friends.... We can all see that they are so so happy and IN LOVE... Not just in the photos and in the videos they allow us to see but in the eyes and lenses of the fans who met them along the way. This is their 4th trip together (NON WORK RELATED). And its only like what? 1st quarter of 2026. People say you discover a lot about someone when you travel with them.. So when they keep going back on trips with each other.. its safe to assume that they've already seen and know enough.. YET they still want more. And THAT SAYS EVERYTHING. ✨ So the cults really sound DUMB when they say... "THEY THINKS ITS SPECIAL, BUT ITS REUSED".😂 Im very very sure.. Donkeys are among the most abused and neglected animals in our country. People take endless hard work from them, loading them with unimaginable weight, and once the work is done, they are left abandoned on the roads to eat garbage. In cities, where there is no grazing land, these poor souls are left without food, without water, without care. When work is needed again, the same owners catch them, exploit them, and then abandon them once more. This cycle continues until the donkey breathes its last. It is heartbreaking, it is cruel, and yet there are no rules or regulations to protect them. These gentle beings give their strength and labor to help humans earn a livelihood is it too much to expect that in return, they are given food, water, and basic medical care? Their suffering is silent, but their pain is immense. We must raise our voices for these voiceless souls, because they deserve dignity, compassion, and kindness too. #AnimalAbuse
