The only way to defeat antisemitism is to name it, acknowledge it, and for all of us to confront it head-on. While Jews are the target of this hate, they are not the only victims. History is filled with many examples of when hatred begins, it does not end with its original target. Antisemitism today can quickly become attacks on the LGBTQ community and other minority groups tomorrow. It is incumbent on all of us to confront antisemitism, not just to protect members of the Jewish community but also to prevent the spread of hatred to other parts of society. People of all faiths and backgrounds must firmly stand together against bigotry and hatred, and the violence it breeds. In these dark times, we need the light that only our shared common values can bring.

Given that Trump is suing the BBC for $1.5 billion - What financial risk has the ABC exposed Australian taxpayers to by putting to air completely fake news and intentionally defamatory stories about President Trump ?
