6’4 D2 Sophomore Aidan McDowell has been one of the most impressive players in D2 this season. Through his first 10 games McDowell is averaging 29/5/2 on 51/42/94 splits and is leading D2 in total scoring as just a sophomore. McDowell is one of the most efficient scorers in all of D2 with his ability to finish at the rim at a high level and shoot from three at a high level. McDowell is an elite shooter who’s shooting 42% on 9 attempts a game and he’s doing that either off the dribble, from a movement three or off the catch. He’s also a skilled driver and a cutter at the rim and has one of the highest rim pressure rates, while also drawing free throws at an elite level. There’s not many players McDowell’s age and height who have had the impact he’s had and he’s been one of the most underrated players in all of college basketball.

We have seen in our lifetimes, the change takes place at state level, at panchayat level, at municipal level, that's a democratic process. But one thing is for sure, there has to be continuity of development, continuity of our civilisational ethos, and that comes only from one aspect. We must respect democratic culture. India is perhaps the only country in the world that has constitutionally structured democracy at all levels. Before 30 years, we had constitutional democracy only in the State legislature and Parliament. Usually, this is because players have poor spacing, allowing one defender to guard two offensive players or players make slow decisions allowing the defense to recover back to neutral by the time they move the ball. This “Sub Game” constraint is one of the best and most fun ways to train your team to use “Scanning” to have great spacing and zero-second decisions to capitalize on advantages. You and your players will LOVE this small-sided game!
