New security footage from the Tyler Robinson trial shows Robinson going up to the roof, getting in the prone position and crawling to the edge of the Losee building to where the "shot" was allegedly taken, then jump up from the prone position after the shot and run to the other side of the building and jump down. This is the first time we've seen Tyler Robinson crawling to the sniper position in the prone position on the Losee building. There is also video of Robinson at UVU multiple times, and then the last time with a very noticeable limp walking up the steps to the top of the Losee building to set up before the alleged shot.

BREAKING: The Judge in the Charlie Kirk murder trial has just ADMITTED the previously rejected alleged compilation of Tyler Robinson on UVU campus the morning of September 10th and then early September 11th, 2025. The raw footage shows an individual, who is alleged to be Tyler Robinson, arriving on campus in his vehicle at 8:30 a.m. on September 10th, exiting his vehicle and goes into a parking garage. The man then allegedly went to talk with TPUSA representatives and comes back to his vehicle at 9:20 a.m., and leaves campus. The individual returns, on foot, to campus just after 10 a.m., now with a blue backpack. The man then went to Chick-fil-A to eat, leaves campus, comes back without the backpack, and then makes his way to the Losee Center building. He then leaves campus, once again, around 11:00 a.m. and returns to campus with a noticeable "limp." The individual, alleged to be Tyler Robinson, then makes his way to roof of the Losee Building at about noon on September 10th. We then see the individual position himself in the corner of the building, and several minutes later, quickly gets up, runs, and jump off the Losee Building around 12:24 p.m., with an object in his hand. The man finally runs off of UVU campus. Later that night, we see the same alleged individual arrive on campus in his vehicle, then leave campus shortly after and makes contact with a police officer at around 12:30 a.m. on September 11th. Yesterday, a number of journalists who attended the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing reported that clear video evidence of Tyler taking the shot from the roof was presented. The video was not shown to the public because of the judge’s order (due to the clerical error of showing Tyler Robinson’s alleged confession note the day before). Immediately, other journalists who were also in attendance reported that the video did NOT show Tyler Robinson taking the shot, and that those journalists were lying, repeating “fed slop”. The reality is that both journalists are correct. The video (which was merely enhanced video of segments the public had already seen) showed the man *identified* as Tyler on the roof, in the prone position, taking the shot, and then fleeing. It did not show his face (I verified with a couple of people in respect of their posts). So on the one hand, you have journalists reporting that the video clearly showed the man *who had been previously identified as Tyler Robinson* taking the shot. And on the other hand, you have journalist saying the video did not show Tyler specifically (in terms of close-up on his face for facial recognition). This is the exact confusion and spin I specifically predicted would happen during my appearance on Megyn Kelly that morning. Had the public seen the video, there would have been no confusion in what was meant by the various reports. But the judge, in his order denying transparency to the judicial process, allowed for this confusion to occur and be weaponized to taint the entire judicial process. The judge, in his idiotic ruling to not display exhibits on the final day of the hearing, in an effort to split the judicial baby to please both parties, killed the judicial baby.

Well there it is. We have Robinson on video scoping out the scene, then coming back in different clothing with the rifle stuffed down his pant leg, then revisiting the scene of the crime. On top of all the communications and verbal admittance, the evidence is pretty clear that Robinson was the shooter. This was always the case, and I even said so at the time that Robinson fled the scene with the rifle in his pant leg, which was visible on the door cams from the neighborhood he cut through to ditch the weapon in the forest. The facts have always pointed to Robinson being the shooter, and anyone claiming anything otherwise is not worth being listened to in any capacity whatsoever. It’s time for Candace Owens, and everyone else like her, to delete your accounts and never show your faces again.
