We honestly need a state of emergency where all municipalities will be placed under administration and these administrators appointed centrally. We are wasting money with these clowns including in provincial legislatures

The ANC must survive , all people will need to join the ANc so we can fix the ANC and focus on legitimate fights and bring proper implementable solutions. Currently polictical is about everyone wanting to lead and eat. It's not helpful ,this includes most in the ANC.
