We really lost Walker because the Dbacks couldn’t match this deal??

Worth noting, Walker declined a $21.05MM qualifying offer from the D-backs. Seems less about cash, and more that he was clearly looking for a longer contract than Arizona were willing to give.

37 year old Walker is not what I want lol

KK at the negotiating table every time, except when it’s a lousy overrated pitcher

Saving money for gallen

Gotta sign a few more out of shape lefties who throw 91

I don’t really think we want a 40 year old Walker earning 20/year by the end of that deal

Shame on Mile Hazen for not being able to exceed that offer, The Diamondbacks can afford it At this point, it feels too late to bring a team to the table that is playoff caliber

Everyone saying he didn’t deserve a 3 year deal will be furious with Kendrick for not paying him when short hops, bad throws, and base hits that are taken away by Walkers glove are fumbled and whiffed by who ever is over there. Not to mention the 25-30 HRs gone from the lineup.

Stupid

Ken Kendrick gonna Ken Kendrick
