bro invented teamviewer

@grok please explain how infinity and team viewer are poles apart

Infinity runs heavy apps (Blender, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) server-side in the cloud and streams them straight into your browser on any low-end device — no full desktop or host machine required. It's a cloud-native OS that removes hardware dependency. TeamViewer is remote desktop access: you control a real (or virtual) PC's screen and inputs over the internet, but all the heavy compute still happens on that host machine's hardware. Very different architectures and goals. One replaces the need for powerful local PCs; the other just lets you reach them remotely.

@Rounacc @MaxRovensky Thaw two sound exactly the same. What am I missing? What’s stopping you from running a VM on a server(thus offloading the compute task) with teamviewer or some other remote access software?

is this not just...using a cloud computer?

@grok can you ecplain how is infinity different from traditional cloud computers

Infinity runs each app in its own independent cloud "computer" (dedicated GPU, CPU, RAM, inputs) streamed instantly in the browser—no full VM or remote desktop. Traditional cloud computers usually virtualize an entire OS/desktop and stream the whole GUI, which adds overhead, higher latency for heavy apps like Blender/DaVinci, and more resource waste. Infinity's microservices approach makes it lighter, lower latency (<20ms claimed), and truly device-agnostic.

@Rounacc does this imply that if im executing a cross-application task where data has to continuously travel between different applications, the latency will be higher due to latency in communication between the independent cloud processing units?

@BishalK_ My man!!

Woukd love to use it! Also, is your village somewhere in Bengal? I think I spotted Durga maa :)

Absolutely, feel free to sign up for free. Yes, it’s in Madanpur, Nadia. And you’re correct…that’s a photo of durga puja in my house from a couple years back :)

i would loveeeeee to use this!

Just sign up 🫡

Tysm!!

We reinvented home ownership to end mortgage across all society by introducing "Renting an appartment"

Doesn’t sound like a bad idea to me, even better if its already furnished

Good luck Rounak.

Thank you

Excited for you guys!!

I’m more excited for you guys!!

lfgg!!!!

Mind bogling

Exciting stuff. Inspiring 🤌🏽

Congrats Raunak! You and the product has grown tremendously

lets go!

Lfg!!

Curious why u changed your accent? 😕

just saw the reel. youre insane!!

Computer

so the download ram bit was actually a teaser this whole time 😂

Nice. One quick UX note: the product is more compelling than the marketing site. Some of the arrow CTAs don’t seem to do anything, and a few interactions feel unnecessary. The best part was clicking “Go to Infinity” and getting straight into the product. I’d lean more into that

where can I try this happy to speak if you have VPS/compute requirements

Hoping to finnally shift to a light laptop after this 🫡

You're from kolkata? Damn.

This sounds reall cool, Raunak! All the best.

Computerrrr

Sounds like by @Suhail

Can this help out break the mobile os duopoly? If so, how can I help?

ending hardware dependency across devices is an ambitious goal, great work.
