We released our #WHLDraft and #USHLDraft final rankings today. A takeaway from these rankings….it doesn’t matter to scouts what team you play on, what league you are in or what tournaments you’ve participated in. Some of the highest rated prospects play for their local teams.

Be good enough and they’ll find you. Also, the bantam draft is not the beginning or end of your “career”. It’s a step along the way. If you go first round or not at all, keep grinding, have fun, stay positive and keep developing. The runway is long providing you stay on it.

Not paying to read it. So not true. The article is as good as the selected info that’s been tabulated. The local kid rarely gets any traction as youth hockey a billet business.

Nuance to the play anywhere question. What if you stay local and you have to play for two teams simultaneously, your club and high school team? You don’t have a choice because the district forces you. 100 games at 15. You can’t stay. Makes no sense. Minnesota is different.
