Trump claims he has "resurrected Christopher Columbus," as if history needed his personal permission to exist. Nobody erased Columbus from history. What people did was question his legacy, examine the historical evidence, and acknowledge the suffering inflicted on Indigenous populations. Apparently, Trump can't distinguish between studying history and erasing it. Once again, he turns everything into a ridiculous celebration of himself. This guy is a disgrace to his country.
