We reviewed Mixtape! It's misguided and disjointed nostalgia. The game has anachronisms and feels like it was made by Redditors who didn't experience the 90s, they watched movies made in the 90s and even picked bad licensed tracks~

OPINION: Is Mixtape REALLY a 10/10 game? We break down the cultural divide~ In our latest editorial, we discuss if Mixtape truly is a generational-level game according to other sites or reviewers, and how it ends up feeling like a product clinging to misguided 90s nostalgia.

The way Jungle music had an absolute GRIP on videogames in the late 90s and early 2000s was no freakin' joke. It didn't even matter what the damn game genre was.

🧟This game is inspired by zombie movies and FPS games from the 90s. So atmospheric and crowded.

In 2017, Ray Liotta was asked "Who was the most overrated actor from the '80s and '90s?" and he didn't hesitate with his answer 😂

JJ Redick spitting: "The old heads are gonna talk about how physical it was in the 80s and 90s and that's fine but the level of physicality in our game and the way the court has to be covered and all the movement, it's tough"

If you were hitting the early-’90s warehouse parties, The Prodigy’s “Charly” would have been in the mix. I still have a mixtape from that era a DJ friend made for me. I made sure this track was on it.

I'm always bitter THE FINALS didn't go viral like ARC Raiders. It's made by the same studio that made the hottest 2025-2026 game. Like ARC Raiders and FPS? Try THE FINALS now.

San witnessed the taste of his virality and ateez success 🤭 He told a funny episode. Recently when he watched Odyssey, he wore a mask and hat, when he passing by the parking payment corner, there was this couple, it's not like they recognize him, but suddenly the man was humming to Bad intro, and San was like "Oh?". The girl accidentally made eye contact with him, and went "Oh?" But she only could see his eyes and they passed by. San said it feels fascinating to experience something like that. ❤️ #choisan #산 #최산

Footage of an unnamed cancelled Racing/RPG/VN sim that was made by an unknown studio in the late 90s for PS1. Due to lack of budget and lack of publisher, the game was quietly cancelled. ...Just kidding! I've just animated the video game mockups i made yesterday lol

Tandi Guarana TV commercial from the 90s. The drink which originated from Brazil, was bottled and distributed by Coastal Bottlers Ltd in Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos. Tandi Guarana was popular in the '80s and '90s-pretty much like Coca-Cola and Pepsi. Remember this?

Chuck Klosterman, the man who literally wrote the book on the '90s, explains how Seinfeld captured the consensus sense of humor of the time. How we felt was optional in the '90s, similar to Seinfeld's 'No Learning, No Hugging model. Gen X didn't protest as much because how we felt was optional, we weren't told how we should feel, we made our own choices, we valued independent thinking and our sense of humor reflected that.

What were you like in the 90s? From dancing the macarena to using cellphones, the 90s were home to trends and lifechanging inventions – ready-to-use therapeutic food (RUTF) is one of them. RUTF made malnutrition treatment accessible closer to home, helping 9 out of 10 children recover in a matter of weeks. But millions of children still need what we started in the 90s and together, we can make it happen.

This is Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, which came out in 2002, with a Clone Campaigns expansion in 2003. Ensemble made this, and it's basically just Age of Empires 2 with a Star Wars skin. I wish they still made great RTS games like they did in the 90s and 00s.
