@YvetteCooperMP Well said but doubt this government have got any appetite to do anything about it. If they were serious about any policing reforms, they would have prioritised response to Casey review.

@YvetteCooperMP I can say from experience that it was the last labour government who started the dumbing down of recruiting more people in HR but standards given over to DEI and the degree cops. They seeded it. It went from a disciplined force to happy clappy sit in circles and talk 💩.
