#BILDERBERG MEETING 2026 Some of my followers rightly pointed out that the selfie of Rob Jetten and Sigrid Kaag couldn't have been taken from the terrace of the Salamander Hotel, but rather from the Ohio Drive Bridge. I thank them for their clarification. Nevertheless, it was taken during the 72nd Bilderberg Conference. This gives me the opportunity to specify that this was Ms. Kaag's fifth such meeting. She attended four Bilderberg Meetings between 2018 and 2024, as Dutch Minister of Foreign Trade, Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister of the Netherlands, and UN Senior Humanitarian and Reconstruction Coordinator for Gaza. Below, upon her arrival in Lisbon for the 2023 Bilderberg Conference, when she was Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister, accompanied by the then Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, who has since become Secretary General of NATO.

I met with the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk. We discussed diplomatic contacts with the U.S. side aimed at achieving a dignified peace and Europe’s role in this process, as well as the European Council’s decision to provide Ukraine with financial support of €90 billion for 2026–2027. I am grateful to the Prime Minister and to Poland for their firm support of this decision. We also focused on economic cooperation, joint infrastructure projects, as well as strengthening Ukraine’s combat aviation and defense projects under the SAFE instrument, including joint production of drones and interceptors. We are grateful for the consistent strengthening of Ukraine since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion. We feel and appreciate it.
