😂 My son does similar things. I had to rephrase my words/request and talk to him as if i was respectfully explaining or talking to an adult and he gets it afterwards every time. It is not the child because they are actually doing exactly what we say or ask them to do it. It is actually pretty genius of the child and the way he interpret the words, if you pay attention. He is doing exactly what the father is asking him, it is the father who is not clear in his request. Listen & watch closely. The baby is correct and we can learn clear communication skills from our children. 😉👌

In a Nigerian household we're not even allowed to answer with just "yes". We have to answer with "yes ma", "yes mum" or "yes mummy" and "yes dad", "yes daddy" or "yes sah", etc. Or it's lights out curtains! 😁😂
